2008 CRF 450 with an Athena big bore kit, Hot Rod crank and cam, Dubach exhaust, Enzo suspension and oversized batfly front disc among many other goodies!

Here it is in action pulling holeshot at Mammoth MX this year against many bikes that were 7 years newer. I actually did this 4 times and was named the "King of holeshots" for the Vet weekend at Mammoth this year....on an 08 baby!

What do you expect from a big bore Whistling

Ol' reliable.. my 04 CR250 that I purchased in 09 for $1800 with less than 15 hours on it. I put a wiseco piston in before I even started it and all other internals are stock from 04. Bike still runs like a champ..lol

Mmmmmmm!!! Goals!

My cone valve forks are sitting on my dining room table and will be going on this week, bill's pipe is in the mail (the bike came with a PC 304 shorty silencer), and I am working on the jetting.

I see you are in GA, same climate as me here in East Texas. Where were you at with the 36mm carb?

The guy I bought mine from had a 38 pilot, NECJ needle on the 3rd clip, 160 main. The bike ran clean and strong but would not rev out, signed off real early. I went to a 40 pilot, left the needle on the 3rd clip, and went up to a 170, then a 175 main. Pulls way waaay farther but loads up quick plus getting some spooge now. Going back to the 170 main for sure, maybe leaner when it's all said and done. Running castor 927 mixed at 44:1 with pump gas. Just curious where you were at, I def need to be leaner that what most on here suggest with these hot humid days we have

Same here with my jetting. Using the same jets as you but cant find a set up that works for high speed tracks vs slower stuff.
