From watching the track map, looks like some of those buildings aren't there.

So yeah, 2500 feet won't be a problem.

maybe they are counting the height of all the jumps? like laying a tape over everything and measuring it that way

As somebody mentioned earlier some of those buildings are not there in the Redbull rendering so maybe those satellite images are outdated.
