Okay, gang, we're going to try a grand experiment here. The plan is to invite people from around the industry into the forum for a week at a time. Riders, mechanics, team managers, etc. Our sister sites (vitalmtb.com and vitalbmx.com) both do these. Now it's our turn.

You get to (respectfully) ask questions. They pick and choose what to answer. We get to moderate.

With that in mind, be respectful. Act like you would if you were actually face-to-face with the person in question. Users that can't abide by this will have their posts (and/or posting privileges) removed.

Ask once. If they choose to answer? Cool. If not, don't repeatedly ask the same thing. Also, read through the questions to see if someone else has asked your question already.

Don't ask for stuff. Gear, goggles, etc.

We may modify the rules as necessary.

So who do you think will be the first brave soul to step up?
That's a sound idea. I'd recommend you sticky the threads though..so they don't get lost in the shuffle here.

I think they would be pretty cool guys and light hearted enough to answer questions, with humour also.

Coy or somebody from JGR (not rider) would be a very good one as well, they have perhaps the most interesting team setup this year IMO and there's a lot of questions.

i think malcom Stewart would be a good one. He is off for outdoors he seems like he is always light hearted and having a good time. plus it would give the guys who are chomping at the bit about james an oppourtunity to ask him stuff. Although i could see it turn into an "Ask Malcom what James eats for breakfast on Tuesdays thread"

Good idea, GuyB. While I don't predict any earth-shattering news bombs out of this, it might be an excellent place to ask Derek Anderson to fully explain his back issues, or query Kyle Regal on his favorite Mexican restaurant.

Was gonna mention Davie Coombs, but hey, he's like a regular on here already.
Hannah and the rest of the 70's 80's bunch are all just gonna tell us what it was like in good old days.

DeCoster is the only guy that's still relevant, and really is one of the only guys that was there in the beginning.
But I think he hates this kind of stuff, theses kind of platforms.

I say deCoster, if GuyB can get him.

I think a retired rider who no longer depends on this industry for a paycheck would be the best interview by far. Everyone else are going to hold back and give diplomatic answers to a lot of the obvious questions.

Mike 'Goose' Gosselaar.

That guy could shed some light on a lot of the best riders the sport has ever seen.

I'd also love to see Tony Cairoli on here for a week.. he seems to have such a great personality.
