Someone got hold on private emails between Luongo and GP of Latvia and MXDN promoter. Our government was paying for a license. That few millions over the years. The bill was higher than needed. I don`t know yet where the difference went. I`ll know details in a few hours.

Good buy GP of Latvia.
Fuck. I so wanted to see RV race here. I guess I`ll have to go to Finland to see him dominate Cairoli.

We had something similar in nothern Ireland after 2007 gp. The gov supported organisation had wasted and lost a heap of money and the government shut it down, hence why the 2008 MXDN was changed from Northern Ireland to England . There was even a tv program on about it on the bbc.

Luongo just gives them number and that`s it. Licence fee amount is different for each country. Some lawyers got hold on to emails between Luongo and latvian promoter where Luongo agrees to such scheme.
All of emails and documents has been sent to police. This shit just been made public. We`ll see how it unfolds. The fact is government was supposed to pay Luongo on a first week of March. If they`ll see that it`s fraud, I doubt they`ll pay which means no more GP of Latvia.

I believe that Luongo is "self employed " and if charges were brought by a Latvian court, he'd likely just have to avoid traveling to Latvia.
