That fan is bad news if you don't have the males out of there.

What kind of floor coating did you use? My floor is in need of a overhaul and need some ideas.
This is a polyurethane/epoxy garage coating that my buddy's company installed. It's probably the same stuff that every commercial installer does. I don't have anywhere near the skills necessary to do something like this so I paid instead.
I decided not to go with the paint chips so I could see dropped nuts & bolts more easily. The house was a brown/rust color, so the colors matched pretty well.

That floor is sweet. I also like the couch in the back left corner.

Mine's a work in progress, also. This is the ground level. It also has a basement with the same dimensions. I plan on using it as a small warehouse as well as for the more dirty/noisy work so the shop stays clean.

This is the winter configuration. In the summer, the van stays outside. I plan on getting a shed next spring to put all the non-moto stuff.

The cooler is just a back up in case the fridge goes out, LOL. The easiest way to turn the Ape around (and give the look on the rear tire of a major lean angle) is a donut. As always, the more brews, the better the burnout!
I "turned my bike around" in my buddy's garage a few years ago and he still bitches about the tire marks on the ground in his garage.

That's funny.

This was my game room that had popcorn ceiling, old paneling and green/red,yellow '70's carpet.I pulled it all out including the garage door that was sealed. My kids are grown now so I am still turning it back into a garage. The floor still needs to be done and odds and ends.

Live in an apartment in downtown Knoxville and was lucky enough to find a place where my brother and I could keep the bikes. Still need to get the tools and misc. items in there but it's nice to walk to the bars and still have a place to keep the bikes.

Thanks, chief. One Industries David Bailey kit plus a few extra stickers, because, yea.. I am still 14 at heart and miss the golden era.

Cheers,
