Enketchum Brake light fluid really that's the best you got.

The bike's were suppost to be vibration free beyond all the stuff xnationalwrench said.... I just wanted to comment on race secrets not read a bunch of crap from mental defectives.Crazy Rooster125
Um, that's why I said the crank was probably really well balanced, so there would be very little to no vibration. Take tha foil hat off man. Btw, I checked and I couldn't find any muffler bearings up there, so we might be out of luck on that.

At the local AHRMA event we run around here last year, there was a guy from Sweden who
had the trickest CZ ever.

And a set of front forks that worked like vasaline on a mirror.

When he told me the secret, how he got the old front end working like no other, I was shocked.

It was so simple.

And it's a secret.

How many of you would keep a race secret??? A guy on thumpertalk built a killer mugen Honda cr125. A 92 mugen motor on a 97 transmission in a crf frame and he tells all about it even shows pictures, but he says he's using a 1990 cr250 screwtop carburetor with a special jet he's used since 1990 and didn't tell what it is. NINO talked how great the jet is in improving the jetting....Why not let the cat out of the bag. His knowledge might help a lot of riders with their jetting....No way I'd keep that a secret.

Even if you was my arch rival I'd tell . I'd rather beat someone fair and square than win because I know a secret..

One more thing I read somewhere Ricky Johnson talking about Honda's 1982 or 1983 work's bike's having no vibration and he wouldn't tell the secret... If this technology really work's we the people deserve it. If you own a cr they owe us that technology. I'd love a vibration free 2-stroke how about you?

HONDA doesn't deserve his loyality. Honda punked out of 2-stroke racing and any secret's they have I wish WHOEVER knows them would tell em especially 20 year old secret's.. This applies to all race secret's of any company. Crazt Rooster125
The secret to the '85 Works Honda that was Lechien's, that RJ test rode was just a properly balanced crank. That is all.

I had my crank balanced (it's not actually balanced because it's a single cylinder but the annoying frequencies occur at an rpm that you do not operate in) for my '13 KTM 250SX and it runs very smooth. Very little vibration. It vibrates nothing like a stock 250SX.

The trick jetting stuff: people from Red Edmonston to Yoshimura have built all sorts of emulsifying needles and other fancy carbs and parts. The general idea is to atomize better and for a while needles were being produced that had the fuel go up the center of the needle and exit thru very fine holes all around. I personally saw it work extremely well on Kevin Schwantz's personal 1995 GSXR750 way back in the day that was a street bike. But it was hard to set up and temperamental which is why generally technology like this never found mass production or acceptance.

If you are familiar with the APT Smartcarb, it is mostly just a combination of those best yet old ideas that have been refined. In fact the owner of APT was a close personal friend of Red's.

NytsmaC THANKS for the information. I couldn't remember where I saw the video of Ricky Johnson's... Maxpower if their's a vagina here its you. Why you so mad did you find out how small your penis is or do you just suck as a rider and human being???? Bobpa racers never give up their secrets BULLSHIT. I've tried to help any rider if I could and if I didn't have a answer I tried to find someone who could help...That's the difference between me and asshole's. I have a motocross book of rider techniques from the early 80's that I read every spring and periodically. I made copies of that book on a xerox printer for all kinds of riders in Minnesota and Indiana.

I had a friend growing up who taught me everything he knew about racing dirt bike's. You guys telling me you learned it all by yourselves.... Sound like bullcrap to me... Cancerman I rode a 1987 cr500 back in the day and it vibrated like hell on a mx track... If the bikes are so vibration free why is their so muck anti-vibration technology out there???????

Toolmaker you said 10 or100's of hour of r&d and that information is expensive. Where did Honda get this money for this technology. You and me and every rider who bought one of their bikes and if they have tech that improves on these bikes and their just sitting on it I think that sucks....Crazy Rooster125

Newnam, please don't tell them about the vastly improved power bands you get with a loose chain.

First off, the guy is probably full of shit.

Secondly, your comment "if you own a CR, they owe it to us"....Nobody owes you shit, pal. You sound like one of those protesting fast food workers.

Okay, here's my secret: the pink powerbands give better performance than the black ones if you ride a 450. It's a fact. Just ask Team Honda.
2/13/2014 2:23pm
Mark_swart I'm dealing with a bunch of riders with pink powerbands, brake light fluid and unobtanium.. Tomz I think whats really unobtanium for you is sex with a woman, but I'm sure theres a gay bar by you. LOOK INTO IT....

Usp4u Honda doesn't even make 2-strokes anymore so why keep the secret. I've never owned a bike with a balanced crank, but I've rode a couple that were balanced and yes they did vibrate less, but they still vibrated some...The works Honda's I'm talking about were suppost to be vibration free not vibrate less... Why is it when someone post something you disagrees with you get all insulting... If you don't like what I posted ignore it and when you post something stupid i'll try and ignore it..

To all you riders who have answered back with respect even if you disagree with me THANKS!!!!! Some of you want to start a fight over the internet..Take it to the track... I made this post to vent a little and throw in my 2 cents not have a verbal battle with people who assume your either stupid or a liar....Most of you talk shit because you are shit.. Not one of you got where you are with out some help from someone so why wouldn't you help someone else.

Sorry about throwing some shit back at some of you, but don't throw it at me and I wont throw it back at you....

Race secrets are fun! Dude on the gate "hey what's that thing under your handlebars?" Me " that's a steering stabilizer, eliminates head shake and you can scrub lower". Dude on the gate " what's that button on your handle bars?" "That turn on my traction control" ( it's actually the starter button). I've had guys ask me about my oil cooler and I tell them it reduces the friction of the oil and gives me an extra 2 horsepower. They ask me why the big tank, cuz I'm WFO the whole race man! It's fun getting in other guys heads before the gate drops. One of my friends JB welded a kill switch to his float bowl just to get people thinking and off their game at the gate

Randy_Nix I've been asked a lot of crazy questions in my day even on the starting line, but never have I been asked about my kill switch. I don't ride a 4-stroke so no start switch. In 1990 I lived in Minnesota and at a amateur race at Millville I looked over at a kid I had this rivalry with and his rear axle bolt was almost out of his bike...YES I told him, some people told me I was stupid for telling him, but if that kid would of gotten hurt because I didn't tell I don't know if I could take that.. I got 10th overall that day out of 45 riders. I might of done better, but I've never been good at the holeshot..... Crazy Rooster125

The best place to learn about jetting secrets is at a snowmobile website , you would not believe the stuff these guys come up with . Old school snowmobile riders are all about squeaking out every possible amount of horse power . Then you can learn the black art of power tuning clutches.

New World Order brah !!!

As Suns PSD also mentioned, I can guarantee it is some sort of powerjet set up. Nothing too fancy. Find a decent two stroke mechanic and he will explain it.

As for the cold showers, if you paid attention, you would have understood exactly what Enketchum was talking about. It was actually quite amusing !!

SwapperMX I understand how a powerjet works. If I'm correct a powerjet will work by the vacuum of the motor or by electronics.. My 07 cr125 stock carburetor sucks, but we all know this.. I'm good at jetting but the mikuni is a every ride challenge. I want a kehini but a taper bored one with a vacuum assist powerjet or a intelajet.

A smart carb or a lectron or even a genesis big air carburetor might be better, but I've never seen a review of one on a 07 Honda cr125 same thing with a scalvini pipe for my bike. I don't want to buy something expensive and hate it. I'd like to find a 35 millimeter kehini carb (if they make that size) and get it taper bored up to 39 millimeter .. I think that might give my 125 a good low end with a killer top end As far as Enketchum comments go I don't get it. If you get it please explain I though it was sarcasim so I gave it back....
