A year behind what most kids do.....but he's a smaller dude. Gotta give him time to grow a little.....no matter how much time that is. I'll bet anything that he completely flies on a 125 2 stroke right about now!
The Monster Energy Cup of this year is scheduled to hit the floors from the 20th of October, 2012. The opening match of this extravagant tournament will be played at the renowned Sam Boyd Stadium of Las Vegas. While the dirt bike racing fans are eagerly waiting for the much hyped season opener at Las Vegas, the prime organizing company behind this tournament i.e. Feld Motor Sports has come out with a recent announcement this week. As per the latest news coming out from the press conference conducted by Feld Motor Sports, it has confirmed that Team Kawasaki’s Adam Cianciarulo, the defending champion of the Super-Mini Class Championship, will race at the Monster Energy Cup of this season. Adam Cianciarulo, the young talented rider from Port Orange, Florida, will make his first appearance in the 2012 Monster Energy Cup during the opening round at Las Vegas.
Though it is sure that Adam Cianciarulo will race at the 2012 Monster Energy Cup, it is however still unknown whether he will race at the Super-Mini Class Championship to defend his Super-Mini title or go for the Amateur All Star Class Championship. Whichever championship he may choose to race, it is now a well-known fact that Cianciarulo will be amongst the top 22 amateur racers who will be representing the upcoming next generation of bike riders as they battle out on one of the world’s largest racing championships and that too with a continuous LIVE coverage on TV for more than 3.5 hours.
The Super-Mini Class Championship will consist of two main events comprising of five laps each. Such an amazing racing format of the Super-Mini Class Championship will definitely provide the aspiring amateur racers a great scope to showcase their extraordinary talent to the world. Cianciarulo quoted, “I’m not yet pretty sure about my plans for this season yet. During this Monster Energy Cup, I may either race at the Super-Mini Class Championship or may opt for the Amateur All Star Class Championship. I recently began riding on the KX250F bike for team Kawasaki and I’m already very comfortable on it. Either way, I will be at the 2012 Monster Energy Cup and it will be lots of fun. ”
also, what is the current LL title record and how close is he?
Not understanding this thread really. Why is anyone even attempting to give AC , his parents or sponsors any kind of advice what so ever? If that's what it is?
Crap.....the kid is getting ready to make a full career into this racing thing.......why throw him right into the wolf pit? Sheeesh.
I'm fairly certain that Mitch and his dad know what's best for him, and putting a 5'6 75 pound 16 yearold kid with zero 250 race experience on a 250 and throwing him into 250 sx probably isnt the best thing for him.
