This must be the Buell/Harley-Davidson that Ozzy was workin' on before they shutdown the program. See below for story.

I swear... You guys make a compelling case to say the dirtbike community is the most closed-minded group this side of religious nut jobs. That's an awesome piece of engineering and I guarantee there isn't a single person on here who would say "No" if offered to take it for a spin.

All of you guys hate on anything that isn't the "same ol' thing". Not flaming...just an observation. You guys really should take a step back and realize mx bikes are not all-encompassing of the sport. Trust me on this one...I should know. I get flamed daily just for my avatar.

Now with that sad...That is a fine piece of machine and I'd love to take it for a spin. Own it? Hell no. Ride it regularly? Hell no. Give it a go and hope I don't kill myself... Hell Yes!

Tank and shrouds look easily removable. Probably just barely enough space to slide'em up and off. Or....They remove the whole engine. Talk about a pain in the ass!

140 hp from an air-cooled harley twin? Inflated stats, I think.

gimme that thing with a TT track, would be fun. i'm guessing u take those mx tires off an replace with flat track tires and you got your originally intention of the build....or some sandpaddle dune runner.

Hell yeah I'd ride it. It would make a cool dual sport or even a supermoto for the street. I'm skeptical on the HP and torque figures though.

140 is pretty easy to do with the right parts, there are a ton of guys making that kind of power in touring bikes. Even the crate 120R motor would get there with some headwork and a cam swap.

Well considering it is a jump bike made specifically for making a big jump I think it's pretty badass. Cool

That is a BAD idea for a jump bike. The frame is way too spindly for the landing of the sort of jump that would require building a 140 Hp Harley powered MX looking bike. Hope he doesn't die when it splits in half landing the jump.

If you read the article it says it's a 127 cubic inch Ultima motor, which ironically is the exact motor my brother has in his hand built chopper. And he always told me the same numbers when talking about the motor so it's all legit from my experiences

Don't forget though, 127 cubic inch equals 2081cc, or almost 5 times the displacement of a 450

The gyroscopic effect of the massive Harley crank would make it a handful. Can't imagine what it weighs, that engine alone has to be about 125 pounds.

The horsepower and torque numbers out of that 127" aren't unreasonable. Wondering if it's over square or under square? A square 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" is about 121", and those are monsters that like to turn RPM. Well, for a Harley anyway.

they should've moved the seat to the front tire to keep that thing planted.

it'd run like a fucking pogo stick.

Definitely not my thing, but checking this on google, the 1940's designed 1200cc push-rod (lol) engine is around 65hp stock. Not even half of the claimed hp listed.

Sportster based engine. Trans is made to the lower cases unlike the older Evo's which had seperate trans. Now all the newer stuff has the trans mated directly to the engine cases.Sportster cases with MF'n big jugs.
