Current -
Stewart - just to help offset his douchebag Haters

All time -
Marty Smith
Dymond
Lechein
RJ
Matiasevich
Emig
Lusk
RC
JLaw

Reasons for all of them is their style or they had a lot of Haters.

My favorite rider of all time: The Goat. Pretty much self-explanatory.

Favorite Current Rider: Kyle Partridge. Got to hang out with him a couple times, cool dude!

Emig has always been my favorite rider. I don't really know why, I just liked him from his #6 Yamaha days and on. When I finally got to meet and hangout him through work it really made me like him even more. WIndham is a close second.

I can only narrow mine down to a top 4.

#1 Stewart - he changed the game on how to ride a dirt bike, and was the baddest dude ever on a 125. I also share a birthday with him, and he gave me free VIP passes to Indy this year!

#2 Emig - I have to support anybody with the style to pull off Frezno Smooth. Seems really cool, down to earth, and funny.

#3 JMB- incredibly smooth, made riding look effortless. Just unbelievably talented on a motorcycle, and very humble.

#4 DV12 - been a fan since watching his original epic goon ride video on his YZ250. Seems great with the fans, he is way more active on twitter than anybody else, and I appreciate his humor. Also doesn't seem afraid to call it like he sees it with the current season of SX.

I'd imagine for anyone who got into the sport in the '90s like me it would be McGrath. Everything about the guy just oozed awesomeness.

I'm a fan of everyone really, but MC still has 'em all covered.

When are you going to be back this way again? It's about time to dust off the BBQ.

Favorite ever - Roger DeCoster. Everytime I go through the uphill lefthand sweeper at Rio Bravo, I remember how he did that turn.

Favorite current - KDub. He's the Zen Master of Motocross.

Most incredible rider I ever saw - Stewart. I know that a lot of very hard-core insiders with decades of experience used to go watch him ride and just walked away shaking their heads in disbelief.

Trey Canard, for his style and his attitude.

Followed by James Stewart, RV, Deano, and Metty.

Whknuckle-finally someone else says DeCoster! Had a poster of him on my wall and being a 5 time world champion had a pretty impressive ring to it. When he went 1-1 at his last GP ever, and then hung it up at like 36 yrs old, I thought that was the coolest possible way to go out! Then I have to go with the GOAT. Then I have to go with MC, the king.

Currently it's Dungey and Reed on the big bikes. Wilson in the two fiddy class.

I gotta say Mookie is growing on me-the kid just lays it down!

Back in the day, DeCoster, Pomeroy Jim. Current, James Bubba Sturt.

Jean Michel Bayle ... smoothest guy to ever ride! I know many will mention KW and Pourcel as the smoothest but if anyone ever watched Bayle he was just unbelievable. Pourcel copied him and in my opinion is not as fluid. Bayle has very little body movement on the bike and his throttle control is just masterful.

A perfect example is the 1992 Charlotte Supercross. Bayle passes Stanton and they both go over a dragon back type obstacle. Bayle rides over it effortlessly while Stanton jumps into it and kinda bulldogs the bike through the obstacle. JMB's style is poetry in motion.

Here's the vid (see at 1:20):

Ryan Daniel Villopoto cause he is my nephew and Iike pilotdude and RC said
"He is the number 1 guy in the world right now. " He's pretty much same guy
now as he's always been. Made it a point to come to my daughters reveal party
tonite and was just one of the young people there.
