Me ? Orlando, Tampa and Cleveland, perhaps more...

There was the Oklahoma City, NYC....Rose Bowl

Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Fulton County Stadium, Three Rivers Stadium and the Silverdome come to mind for me.

Still existing rounds - Indy, Jack Murphy (Qualcomm?) & ATL.

Crazy idea having outdoor Supercross here in the spring but it turned out to be a nice night. Did you make it to this race Rupert???

The old stadium in Indy was fun times.
