Donnie Hansen's 1982 Factory Honda RC250. This bike was so far ahead of it's time it wasn't even fair.

I can guarantee you that damn near everyone in here "thinks" they want Chad's or RD's or RV's "Set-Up"; but, you don't. You'll need dental work after -1- lap.

On the other hand: Jimmy MO (motokid40) could proll'y get Chad's bike to work for him.

I'm jus' knowin'...

I rode a SX bike set-up for one of these cats on Memorial Day...it was a stiff-assed Jack-Hammer.

Then rode an MX/Nat's set-up: Still a bit stiff; yet, a bit more compliant. Still, at 190# and an OK rider that's tested this crap since the '80s...it was STIFF.

Then, rode one of my Enzo prepped bikes and it was a work-of-art: 4 seconds better after my "20 min. moto" challenge. That's a LONG time for my Old-Ass.

Jimmy or a few others in here can vouch...I'm not bull-shittin' and, yes, I've done some testing in my days.

Btw, here's a list of suspension co's who've built some stuff that I've tested and have been REALLY impressed...

Enzo
Race Tech...as in Paul himself, tho...also via Jake Thompson's inputs and adj.
MB-1 (Proll'y my favorite outside of Enzo)
George Quay's company...Pro-Action? Rode on some of this in the late '90s...it was damn good.
FC...rode a CRF250R set-up by them...nice.
Naveen, one of his bikes outta HRH...suspension by I dunno...it was a bit soft for a young-kid; but, EXCELLENT valving.
Pro Circuit...via Team Green and JCR Honda..amazing off-road stuff.

The best bike for you is one set-up for you.

There's a video on Utube of him riding it. It's a must see.

I thought we were talking about what's available currently. Definitely Stewart's last factory KX125. Also Cairoli's 150SX.
