So I had to have the rear sprocket custom-made. So I contacted Sprocket Specialties and gave them the dimensions of the Sprocket that I’m wanting to use and they were able to make an exact replica of the original sprocket. The Sprocket they use was huge 61 tooth. Special thanks to Sprocket Specialties. They got the project done in about a week.

I can still remember all those fuckers calling me an "anti-vaxxer" and how I was killing people by not taking some ridiculous experimental elixer. Years and years of misery and chaos and death because of one fucking little gnome sized monster. Got busy today after work and finished both wheels, built the engine, and installed it into the chassis. Only snag I had was one of the head studs is messed up. So I ordered a new one. Bunch of parts coming this week to hopefully wrap it all up.

The early to mid 2000s was a huge era in general for motorcycling, credit flowed freely, and any 20 year old that wanted a new dirt bike or sport bike could get one. Every other TV show on basic cable was about motorcycles, it was a golden age, and young people had money to burn. New throttle cable , Pro Taper fat bars and FLO fatbar mount. Already had a BRP triple clamp on it. Was glad to see that. Maybe not such a bad bike swap after all. Suspension all finished and re-installed. I love the way Andreani suspension looks when they done with it. These tubes were dirty and rough along with the shock. Now they look sleek and shiny!! And all setup with revalve and all new internals, minus the springs. Got the new airbox, cage and twin air filter in too. It was pain in the ass to get the shock...

I had to make a removable inner fender, bracket to be able to get a air box in and out of the frame.

Not diggin’ it &I’m starting to NOT care about the opinions of those that only care about what is good for T.V. Want to see moto on TV? Well, guess what? Supercross is virtually “Made for T.V.” So… Please stop telling us we need to change Outdoor Motocross in order to make “good T.V.”
