I have a passion for oddball brands. Wanted to do this one for years and finally getting started. I have most of the parts I need, being the engines were made by Moto Villa. I was able to get what I needed out of Italy. Rebuilding the Simons forks and mocking up a Cross up swing arm to send to a builder. 7282.jpg?VersionId=jhrWthHGtrdl07283.jpg?VersionId=ldPm1HDgCLfVGVyewx7284.jpg?VersionId=Gt csr2WVWdTyx8a.Y9qOvUzjAYwlX7285.jpg?VersionId=IzhP8LV141fFL8161

Sugar Bear!!!! This is rad. I'm glad someone is doing a Carabela restoration (with the swingarm fabrication to boot!). Kudos!

Very nice! I got this bike out of Leola, PA about 25 years ago from family that bought out USA Carabela Importer. It was a 250 motor in a 125 frame with a deep red gas tank.  The shop owner said it originally had Simons forks on it and said to be a practice/test bed bike. Sold it a few years ago to a collector in North/Central Jersey. He's a friend of Scott N. (the vintage Kawasaki guy) near you.
