​Shoei is a Japanese manufacturing company that produces motorcycle helmets. The company was founded in 1959 and originally manufactured road motorcycle helmets exclusively, but they eventually expanded into the Motocross industry.

The Good

Addresses rotational energy, isn't any heavier than previous VFX-W, very comfortable.

The Bad

Isn't the lightest helmet out there, liner removal/installation is old school.

Out of the hundreds of off-road helmets on the market, there are only a few brands that rise to the top of the list.
