Alright, is this the year we get rid of time changes!?. It’s the one topic we can all agree on so email your reps! It has to happen at federal level. I vote daylight savings time for after work moto’s.

I'm not so good with Washington dictating to the states but I am down with getting rid of the time change.

BC just got rid of it, permanent DST now. Maybe that'll be the first domino.

It should have been left alone at PST.

Every 22.5 degrees of longitude is 1 hr of time difference.changing to DST only makes that time difference confused with the GMT

I prefer DST. I would rather continue to change twice a year than stay on EST. I like the latter sunset. Winter sucks with go to work in the dark, come home in the dark.

One more change in November back to Standard time and LEAVE IT THERE!
Health experts say that sunlight in the morning is good for us meat puppets...  ...STANDARD TIME RULES!
If we permanently went to Savings time across the country, some areas would have their sunrise nearing 9AM.
Use the Arizona model...

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could split the difference by half hour 🤷🏼‍♂️

The days are already MUCH longer during summer anyway due to axis tilt,   WTF are they moving clocks for even more?

Stupidest shit ever.

I'm over the time change BS. Been over it for 20 years. Change it back to standard and leave it that way

Dark at 4:45pm in the winter sucks. And light until 8:45pm in the summer sucks too. Didn’t we vote (here in Ca.) to leave it standard all year and it passed ?

In CA we voted on it years ago. To stay year round on DST. We could eliminate the time change and stay on regular time, but apparently we can't stay year round on daylight savings time per the fed.

We voted to create the ability to change it, so the next step (afaik) is to actually change it.

My preference is for spring-forward forever. The time change we're currently on still gives me that summer kid happiness.
