I'm gonna have to go with Gordon Ward.

But seeing as how you're in the East that might not be right, mxwife!
Sorry, wrong answer......keep trying

Correct!

But no one has got the answer for the RUSSIAN HIT MAN, who helped rob Jarosolv Falta of a title he worked so hard for.

Who was Mossiev? Not sure about the spelling.
Nope he was the benefactor of the all time most dirty, political race in Motocross HISTORY!

Mossiev was crowned Champion later that day by dirty Russian politics. Falta had even gotten up TWICE off the canvas--battered and bruised, torn jersey and all and still won the freaken race! Even after all that they later declared he jumped the gate and penalized him a lap!

You will never meet a nicer man than Jarosalv Falta, as to this day he never expressed bitterness.

Someone on Motodrive had a picture of the RUSSIAN HIT MAN as their signature. In each moto he waited for Falta to lap him to take him out and stuff him in the fence.

I'll leave "the Dart" to someone else, but MXA had a big feature on him a couple months back.

How about a racer who raced Pro TT and flatrack then was a top racer in the Desert then switched again to National MotoCross. Was nicknamed Radical and sold his own race tape (for your hands) filter fluid and then swingarms?

The winner of the first "unofficial" 125 National Championship race (yes, race, not series), held in 1973 at a track now known as the REM track at GH.

The second place finisher in that race, riding a factory Monarch.

The winner of the first 125 USGP, held in St Louis, MO in 1973.

The rider of the first CR125 Elsinore raced in the US (hint: it was raced at the 125 USGP mentioned above).
