One could speculate that Ryno took his invention on Shark Tank and was promptly told by Mr. Wonderful to "stop the madness! Take this behind a barn and shoot it." These VR dudes found the bikes behind said barn and repurposed them for something better.

At first I thought it was just bikes on springs too, and didn't quite understand the "don't throw up" stuff.

Second time through I saw the VR goggles and the whole thing suddenly became just a little bit more interesting.......
