Yes I am a paramedic and the way they handled Webb would not be acceptable under my medical director or on my medic unit

It needs to look like this except with a different type of backboard called scoop or vacuum mattress is the industry standard. NFL does this all the time and they are moving people on flat ground; Webb is on a dirtbike track. When have we ever seen this in supercross?

Dude thats a great idea, or someone medical in production to communicate with alpinestars that is was a high forces impact to the spine. honestly you could probably see damage to the back of his jersey; alpinestars medical are just idiots There is a lot to be desired in what they are doing

If they are so credible then what did they do Webb or Brian Moreau? Touch him with their magic healing hands? Maybe I missed something? I know basic EMT medics that know how to identify a hard hit, tell someone don't move, place them on a scoop stretcher and lift it to the mule and drive carefully off the track to the x-ray? Probably cut their clothes off, get some imaging, perform a neuro exam and physical exam? How hard is that?

Too many racers in wheelchairs now. Lots of vital guys are going to say "o but they are doctors and nurses and work on EMS"; Then why do they do absolutely nothing for Webb? They should have told Webb don't move at all and then they immobilize him with a scoop stretcher and move him to the x-ray for a better evaluation before anything. That was a direct hit to the spine and you can see alpinestars directing him to walk off the track then he is just sitting up on the mule. Anyone can help a rider to the...

I have to add how bad nashville was. I haven't been to the stadium before, and I have been to full seasons of sx's before. I wont be going back to this venue. Total joke in many ways. I'm not going to add detail to be picked apart by the jackasses around here, but I will support the OP.

I opened this thread thinking some dude was complaining about something stupid. I was wrong, and I'd be freakin' pissed off too!! From practice all the way through the mains......you should be able to watch every second riders are on the track... Period!!

If you are in CA and are thinking about a purchase you better buy a gas Lawnmower, chainsaw, or line trimmer this year. once inventory in the building December 31st is sold kiss them goodbye except for some very large engine sizes. The lightbulb thing is spreading also.

What a bunch of tool baggers in the comments. The guy has a legitimate reason to complain and the main thing is a paying customer more than likely won't show up and pay again in the future... and I highly doubt he's the only one there. Good grief.

Depends on the stadium, most have the same program but each stadium is a little different and this being a day race could impact things a little differently. Best to read all of the notes and info on each race because they will say when seating opens and other rules etc etc.

Man, that thing looks timed out…More wear than normal on the body and shock shaft, yeah? Either way, it’s amazing the loads generated by top SX guys on hard parts like that.
