My wife feels the same, but I keep telling her it all starts to make sense as the episodes go on. Even though she could just walk down the hall and watch them as I work if she wanted, she waits till they air. Wait for S3 of Lioness though, we are currently shooting a barn burner of a 3rd season. It's going to be so good.

My wife made it further than I did. I think it's an amazing concept, and the first half of the first season I was 100% in, but it just got sooooo drama heavy vs adventure heavy (which attracted me to the show in the first place) that I had to pull the plug. I'm sure the show hits perfectly for the people who like that stuff but I struggle really bad when it comes to endless drama storylines. The same thing happened to me with Game of Thrones. 12/28/2024 6:23am The last episode of LM was a dumpster fire. The wife is just such an incongruous train wreck, and really out of place. Seems that episode focused far too much attention on her. Also, I now understand why Tulsa King seems to be a notch above the other TS shows. Much better focus on the main story.

Maybe they can save it, but at this point there aren't any characters that we really care that much about. Not likely to watch season two unless we run out of other stuff to watch. Need...

11/18/2022 6:22am I've enjoyed the show, however, the new season really is starting off on a bad foot with me. They crammed so much into the first two episodes. Basically, every single character was assigned a horrible turn of events. There are now so many story lines, and none of them happy, that I've begun to not care about the stories.

7/21/2022 8:19pm Not an issue. The current season is never on Netflix. As I recall, season 5 didn't show up on Netflix until this spring. You have to watch it on AMC as it happens or wait until after the season to get it on Netflix
