tk2stroke Added a reply to TC125 or 150SX

I have several hours of time on the 2017 250sx, but no, no time yet on the new generation 125/150's. The only difference between the two is the size of the bore/piston, just like the older generations. Everything else other than gearing, pipe, jetting and other insignificant items are exactly the same between the two bikes. According to all the...

I'm not sure what you're trying to say, but here is the actual info on the bore and stroke... "The 150SX’s bore and stroke is 58mm by 54.5mm, while the 125SX’s is 54mm by 54.5mm. Sharing the same stroke means the cylinders are interchangeable. "

It's a no brainer, get the 150. I have a plenty of time on 125's and own a 2011 150sx and there is only one somewhat significant difference, the 150 gets on and stays on the pipe easier. MXA often says the 125 has better top-end, but it's simply not a factor. The 150 only signs off at max RPM...
Finally a few people that understand where I'm coming from. I'm not suggesting Jim doesn't have a place in the sport or hasn't earned the right. He just doesn't belong in a commentating or interview type role unless he can do and succeed in what Emig has done.
That's exactly right. To the few of us here who are being unbiased and objective, the whole program is amateur hour and reflects poorly on the sport. While RDL is side program for prime race broadcast, it still should be a high quality broadcast with skilled commentators. Bromance or not, Jim Holley doesn't have what it takes.
Not at all, I've been trying to accept his bumbling vernacular for years now. Every time I tune into RDL, I'm excited to watch the program only to be annoyed by his lack of skills and inability to bring anything valuable to the broadcast. Again, I can appreciate his knowledge and achievement in the sport...but even if a bunch of...
The vital crowd is a loyal bunch to Gentleman Jim. I'm glad you can all tolerate his lack of ability better than me. Jim may have earned the opportunity and has the background and knowledge, but he certainly does not have the skills to keep the gig in my view.

Does anyone have a trick setup for keeping their phone handy when riding? Keeping it in a fanny pack or backpack is less than ideal and I'm trying find a better way for quick access.

Motovated has been hopping lately with nice sized crowds on the weekends and even during the week as the northern winter pilgrimage is well under way. The primary Motovated track is mostly sand and a good circuit for most any level. As for things to do, Gaston is just a tiny ole southern town and there's nothing going on. You...

Years of Daytona experience under my belt. My advice is to move around for the heat races and take in different sections of the track. But for the mains, get a seat on the lowest rows of the upper deck. It's by far the best area to get the best whole race experience.

If you want red and you're willing to spend the money to buy enough aftermarket parts to try and equal what KTM offers our of the box, then go Red. If you value rewarding the company who offer the best product on the market, then get the KTM. It's simply the truth from a very loyal former Honda owner.

And even when the broadcast works, the commentary is mostly worthless. Jim Holley seems like a nice enough guy, but his insight bring little value and his broadcasting skills are poor. Sorry Jim, but it's hard to watch.

Watch the video again and pay attention to the seat hitting his ass. He was ejected from the bike
