So, I have some personal experience with this. I sent Watts an 83 Mugen 125 and I literally wanted the entire bike done in the most trick way possible. I drove the bike from Florida to NC and delivered it personally. I was assured that this was a "few months" job. Delivered August 2019. I have all the texts between Chad and I, I have all the photos, excuses, periods of silence and more excuses. If it had not been for a third person who intervened when Chad moved to SOB in SC, I never would have seen this bike...

To avoid being taken out by your wife- you need to stick to similar colored bikes. For example, I currently have a few KTMs and so if I brought home another one it wouldn’t stand out. Occasionally my wife comes out to my shop and asks me what I am hiding..

The spinal cord being "intact" just means it wasn't severed. The only real difference is being what's called a "complete" or "incomplete" paralysis. "Complete" where the cord is severed is like taking an electrical wire and cutting it in half. The bottom end receives no signals from the brain whatsoever. Your legs go fully limp, no muscle spasms or feeling of any kind. "Incomplete" typically means the cord hasn't been cut in half but can still be damaged. Picked up a 2025 YZ125X yesterday.....sort of an early 63rd birthday present to myself. Got it from Libbys Motoworld in New Haven,CT - they are excellent to do business with and always have any parts I may need. I prefer the X model because I'm more of a woods rider but do hit the track sometimes. Love the light weight and midrange power on these bikes too. I'm keeping my 2022 125X for a backup bike, and for my son to ride although I know he'll be stealing the 2025 from me when he can,😀

I hate these guy’s getting hurt at any time, but I also hate what it does to the outdoor season when it happens in SX. I want to see Eli, Prado, Jett, Chase, and the others on an outdoor gate together so bad I can taste it.

I think promoting beer like you are doing in your picture and name is bad for the sport. It is all 21+ stuff and most of motocross is underage. Any idiot can hit a beer bong for clicks but end up dead through alcohol poisoning or drunk driving. The craft beer people train and do cool things, so that's a bit different. But giving space to beer on a moto forum is stupid.

In 2005 when I was 18, I broke my C-5 vertebrae. I was numb and fully paralyzed from the chest down. I was diagnosed as a complete quadriplegic at C-5. I had C 4-6 fused. After my surgery, I was able to get a signal to a toe and move it ever so slightly. I was able to get signals to all my extremities over the course of a few months while in rehab. Dude is as good in the booth as he was/is on the track. Not to compare Ricky and James but. RC was nervous as fk first season repeating himself just to talk. James is a natural in the booth, like he's been there for years. I think the two together will help RC become more relaxed. Good stuff!
