Thanks tracktor. Good news, I don't need cases, bad news, the rt side crank seal literally fell out (I half joked about this in my previous post). I have no history on this 20 yo bike. But have rebuilt/raced stuff much older and have never seen this before. Anyone have experience with a similar problem? I fear the next seal...

I hate to re-open an old thread, but you guys seem like the go-to for cr125 interchange. I have a 1997 that either had the crank seal fall out or a hole in the cases. Pressure checked it and air blew out the oil fill as fast as I could put it in. All the cases for 92-02 have different...

Mine looks similar, but not as bad. I have two shafts, one without a gear, both are splined like yours. billyslad shows a pinned setup. Either the original was superseded or there is another year that is compatible. I was hoping for the ladder, but it's not looking good.

Mr Dogger, I hate to jump into an old post, but I have a question about powder coating hubs. Do you mask off the spoke holes? Specifically the small area where the head of the spoke seats. I was going to have some hubs PC'd but don't like the idea of the softer coating between the spoke head and hub...
