8/1/2024 10:38am Yes my Gaernes hook on my 21 Yz450 side panel. I have lowering pegs and it makes it worse. I cut the plastic tabs off of my boots and it helped. Also adjusted my footwork. Still hooks every once in a while. Its a scary thing when they both hook!

I had the idea to make a kid's day that was in the autograph line to meet Haiden Deegan. I remember how cool it was the first time I got to go behind the barrier of a factory team. Hey guys, another national done and dusted and this was the most action packed one yet. Qualifying was super wet and sketchy so wasn't sure how I was feeing about the track along with the massive triple step up and triple step down that had me puckered on both first attempts big time. Was 32nd in the first practice and wasn't thrilled with the riding but the goal of top 36 was there so couldn't be too bummed on it. I would buy the Honda on looks too 100%. But then I would hate my life with that "nimble" inside rut superstar. For old weekend warriors stability is the holy grail. Stability means conficence you will be able to go work on monday wich means you ride faster too. Made that mistake once, not anymore.

I’m 6’1”. 240 ish. +40 +45 A. Currently riding. Racing a 22 YZ250F. Cylinder Works 270 BB. GYTR head and cams. Full FMF. VP U4.4. I felt the stock 250s just didn’t have enough mid for my big ass. I had a 22 CRF250R and sold it to get the Yamaha. Yamaha had more aftermarket available. Especially with the gytr line. If you have any speed. Skill you will want more than stock. You can be competitive on one if your racing. Just got to ride it harder. Be more aggressive. I’ve Been riding. Racing 450s. Got hurt pretty bad...
