9/2/2025 4:32pm BIG QUESTION NEED HELP HOW much internal engine parts (i.e transmission gears, shafts, shifters, shifter forks, etc.) transfers from 1999 to a 1998 ktm 65? I Notice the same parts, some same parts but slight difference, please any knowledge helps!

Looking good! Can't wait to see it all done. Giving me me motivation to finish my 2000 rm125 Travis Pastrana inspired build. My frame just got powder coated and I built some gold wheels. Hoping I'll have it together in few weeks. Still looking for a bills pipe if anyone knows where to get one!

Have you tried contacting PC and, see if they can’t add you to the list. Going this route tends to be expensive though. My cousin was searching for a PC pipe for a 95 RM 250. After looking for a very long time, I helped find a Fresco pipe for him. It’s a raw pipe much like the PC. Could always de-badge it…

Spent many hours cleaning and buffing parts Pressed out and replaced all suspention bearings. let me know if you know anyone with some trick parts for this thing. Still some big key parts im searching for...ANYONE know and leads on a PC pipe?!

Gary baily was Patranas coach he has a lot of Travis on his channel. You might get some up close shots in the pits. 01 unadilla is Travis pushing it hard. I had a 01 they ran carbon tech reeds , still made. Srs pistons not made anymore. But Wiseco pro elite is the closest , Wossener coated piston. Not sure if the same stuff was used on a 2000. I hv the orange & yellow fox pants . Bill,s pipes shelf pipe is Great . It’s actually the pipe used for AX.

I picked this bike up, along with a 1985 YZ125 for $1300 from a guy in NC. We drove 10 hours 1 way to get them. They also came with literally $700 in brand new parts. I had to order a new carb for the 250 as the original Mikuni was pitted pretty badly inside. I went with a Keihin 38mm PWK Air Striker. It started after 7 kicks. Compression before starting was only 140psi, and after I ran it for a bit it went up to 154psi. That's borderline for a new top end. I'll probably do a piston/ring...

2/26/2025 11:09pm Boyko Racing If you need to rebuild your crank. Depending on what you have that is still good, send him your head too and he'll fit the right piston. very fair pricing. Teddy is the best. go to their website and call their company number, Teddy himself picks up!
