MX707# Added a reply to Big Lew Gets the Dozer Treatment
1 day ago Lewis is good guy and definitely doesn't deserve the hate he gets. Alot of his humor goes right over alot of people's heads. Sometimes it's funny, sometimes it's not. I think some of his funny shit can be seen as being tounge in cheek little jabs when really the guy was just saying what's on his mind and being himself...

4/15/2026 4:15pm So now if we don’t like someone it’s automatically because they’re foreign and we don’t understand them? I dislike Wil, Diffey, Lewis, and Gypsy for various reasons, none of which pertain to their accent or country of origin. Get out with this BS take. Lewis has a giggly fanboy persona I don’t care for that has zero to do with the fact he’s British. 🤦🏼♂️

4/14/2026 4:54am Mathes called the scoop tire Eli's "blankie" in the review pod, Lewis called the scoop tire his "emotional support animal" to Ian Harrison, Eli's boss... This is a grown man we're talking about, and one of the best riders the sport has ever seen, and this is the respect he gets? I think the moto media has gotten a little high on their own farts lately and feel too comfortable taking jabs at the guys out there putting their lives on the line for our entertainment.

4/14/2026 4:40am I like Lew, he's been a nice addition to moto media. I just find this whole "investigative journalism" stuff pretty gay and a waste of time and energy. Just enjoy the racing, I don't know why we need answers to all the hypotheticals. The amount of time spent each week on podcasts, social media, etc. making predictions and assumptions that usually don't become reality literally a few days later is kind of weird. There's so many variables in motocross, those predictions almost never come true. They spent Sunday - Friday talking about what's going to happen, almost none of it...

4/13/2026 6:53am Phillips comes across as a wanker sometimes. Reminds me some of the brit sterotype looking down his nose at us uncivilized Americans. One reason I like Weege so much… fair, friendly, enthusiastic about the sport, courteous, still brings/ presents us with good info. Without a doubt the best moto has as far as guys that are not past champs in the booth or reporting.

4/13/2026 6:52am lol lil Lew has been a bit too big for his boots lately. Ive stopped listening to LvK and the Vital pods because of Lew. Hopefully some self reflection is on the cards for the aussie Journo. Mid season slump perhaps?

3/15/2026 9:04am Your not alone alone bud. I know these Gen crf get alot of flak but I've had multiple and haven't had any issues other then a bad fuel pump in an 09. Are they the easiest to work on ? No but waaay easier then a 10-13 yz450 my friend's had or my 12-15 ktms. Just bought a 11 crf450...

2/10/2026 4:16am Podcasts and Vital. Still not a fan of video and/or audio interviews, though. Especially if on a desktop. I want to read the transcripts instead of listing to them.

12/28/2025 5:15pm Here is my 2002 RM250 that I’m trying to build to be a TP199 bike. As close to genuine as possible. But technically a replica as I know it will be near impossible to source every part to be correct as used in 02. I have an 02 frame and wiring loom that was used in 02 as it still has the tech inspection sticker and Suzuki identification plate. It’s no longer legible unfortunately. It has the works skid plate weld on brackets. I have not managed to source the skid plate yet. The engine I’m unsure what’s inside but...

12/20/2025 7:05am No. I’m enjoying retirement in Aix en Provence, France. I posted that because it seems like Eli finally tried some stiffer forks. Looks like he’s struggling a bit in the turns but the front end is finally holding up better. It was just an observation after being critical of his front end for years. And which was a disaster in Australia and I talked about it on my show. That’s all.

12/10/2025 12:13pm Honestly I could never get on board with Ralph, no one's perfect I get it but there was a period there feel like every race he announced there was multiple cringe moments that make us all go " what the hell did he just say?" Fumbles the riders names, numbers, mix riders up, talk about nonsense, talks over ppl etc...

12/8/2025 3:56pm I also am in love with my 03 250. Bought it at the beginning on Covid as a complete basket case and rebuilt it from the ground up. Seems like the only things I didn’t replace were the frame, cases and transmission. I split my time riding with it with my KTM 350 and really enjoy it. Currently rebuilding it again over the winter. Right now I’m waiting for the crank to come back after getting a new rod installed. I had a 2003 shock that Enzo built paired with modern sss forks, handles everything I can throw at it.
