BIG QUESTION NEED HELP

HOW  much internal engine parts (i.e transmission gears, shafts, shifters, shifter forks, etc.) transfers from 1999 to a 1998 ktm 65?

I Notice the same parts, some same parts but slight difference, please any knowledge helps!
