Shit happens. Yes, you need to bring the bike in, that's standard procedure. If you just send parts through the mail to get fixed, they have no idea that came off a bike they sold you. Non-oiled filter doesn't sound like a big deal. I would re-oil the filter and pull all bearing items (linkage) and re-grease them anyway before riding it. Yeah, the muffler packing is a bummer, but there's folks that have much worse issues than that from a brand new bike. These types of things can happen with any brand.

Sibex Added a reply to Osborne, man to watch?

Zach has serious speed and can run with anybody in the world. I first saw him ride a 450 at the MXdN in ‘08. he was crazy fast even back then and he’s faster now. It’s awesome that it’s working out for him. Great team and bike, the best program, very talented and determined rider. He will win!

Tomac’s pace during the last part of races is “unbelievable” compared to everyone else on the line. It’s like he somehow is able to tap into extra energy and intensity levels that no other rider can find or withstand no matter how hard they train. It’s like he is turbocharged! I haven’t seen this sort of performance advantage since maybe...

Sibex Added a reply to Anyone had a cortisone shot in their shoulder?

5/21/2019 4:26pm
Cortisone shots can work ok. A lot of it depends on the skill of whoever gives you the injection. I had a very experienced consultant do my shoulder, and he told me that sometimes doctors are a little bit twitchy about getting the tip of the needle right into the joint properly. Anyway, I had the treatment 5 years ago...

Sibex Started a new thread Prado 350?

5/21/2019 6:55am
I was just thinking about Prado being forced to move up to Mxgp next year. He’s a pretty small dude and still very young. He either gets the rules changed at the last minute (like they did for Herlings a few years ago) and stays 250 for another couple of years, or he goes to the States for a few...

Sibex Added a reply to I think Tim "Gasser" may have 222's number.

It looks like maybe Cairoli hurts a little from last years fight with Herlings. I think he wants it sooooo very bad this year that it makes him ride a little too hard and make some mistakes. History shows that Gajser crashes big style when the pressure is on, so really Cairoli doesn’t need to push as hard as he...

Sibex Added a reply to Goggle Lane in MXGP- From Racerhead

5/17/2019 7:58am
It’s pretty easy to work it out. Make sure that the goggle lane is a shortcut and costs maybe just 2-3 seconds. that way there is no real time penalty for being safe and changing goggles. If they could implement it without it being a disadvantage to take the time to change goggles it wouldn’t have to be obligatory. The...

Lol..watch class rookie Zacho and Blake give him fits all season. That class is gonna be epic. So many could win My guess is that he won’t even be the fastest American by the end of the year let alone fastest man on the planet.

Original open bikes? What will they think of next! Haha! Here’s a thought include an electric class. Works bike exemption. No rules. Whoever ties the big manufacturers in with the first electric bike class is gonna own motocross racing in the future it would be safe to say. It makes me want to come over and help to get the...

Yeah I remember the old 4 stroke races. Ksi’s And those Yammys. Hallman reps i think they were. They could use some great tracks that aren’t on the current schedule. Glen Helen for example.

Sibex Started a new thread 2 Stroke Nationals

5/15/2019 3:03am
Is it possible that a dedicated 2 stroke US National Championship series would be successful and help the sport survive? Someone like maybe Redbull or similar could get behind it and have events with racing and whatever other cool shit going on. I think it would be epic. Run 85, 125/150, and 250/300. Make some new stars, sell some new...

My apologies to you Dave. We better get our facts straight in future. It is amazing that this class and everything around it creates so much passion. It’s what the fans want. thanks for clearing that up.

Really, you can’t ride a non mainstream brand? Fukkin stinks. TM, Gas Gas, etc putting development into 2 strokes and sell an excellent and currant product. That’s just not fair at all and rules need changing right now!

Yeah, this is all true. If you look at the wee baby everts he’s still very small compared to some of the other riders. Give him time to grow. His technique is really something, and he has a really strong family for support. He will go all the way.

Oooh. I reaaaaaally wanna talk about glass houses and throwing stones an shit. I’ll say this though. There are numerous really fast dudes riding Grand Prix Motocross. Just appreciate the total beast that is Cairoli.
