Him and Paige have been through a lot. Those title fights were stressful for Paige. I don’t think Paige wants that much stress on the family, and I think she is cool with the one title and to just hang out and vlog and let Christian be a 6-10 guy.

3/5/2023 11:16am I think the Yamahas (or maybe just the Star Yamahas) have a similar effect to when they first came out with the thumper. Average riders start winning, etc. I think the bikes are that good. Maybe that's why the Deegan bike claiming fiasco went down the way it did. The talent gap in 250s didn't help either.

Seems to me the ktm is the worst factory bike in the field now. What a turnaround from the 22 chassis.

He absolutely doesn't like the bike. He's gonna take a performance only contract at Club as soon as he can. Look how slow he is in the whoops compared to his Yamaha mate.

3/5/2023 11:07am There are also many instances where a rider could have rode out if they didn't land on a tuff block. But I understand there is no perfect solution, it's inherently a dangerous sport, so maybe tuff blocks are the best currently available option.

3/5/2023 8:48am I think the tough blocks work, but it does seem like they are not necessary on takeoffs and landings and can do more damage than good.

My guess is that that trend will get worse. I don’t pay for streaming so I do not see any advertisement for the races on TV anymore.

I think tuff blocks do a great job separating opposing lanes, and even in high berms. In jump ramps and landings only means higher risks to the riders.
