They are an entertainment company focused on profitability but they are also ignoring ways to make it more entertaining which would likely result in more profitability. So while I agree with you they should still be aggressively looking to improve the product.

Any entity that promotes or broadcast a sport or any other event, is in the entertainment business. You watch sports for entertainment. It is not a chore or anything that is necessary. Saying that Feld ,ESPN, NFL Network or Fox Sports are in the entertainment business is a big ole... Duh!!!

You should always get the Cert of origin. He may also still have a loan on the bike(some finance company hold the CO until the bike is paid off). May not be a big deal but if the bike ever gets stolen and then recovered, the bike may be released to the bank. It will also be harder to sell down the line. There are way too many bikes for sale to buy one without proper paperwork.

Only bad thing without paperwork,, if it gets stolen, recovered, impound. You wont get it back without title,and some places wont insure it either
