There is an ideological part to my disdain for battery buzzer E bikes. It's as compelling as the technical arguments, but too political for this thread. Despite your childish bloviating, the fact remains that there are no production Starks anywhere and following from that, for them to be claimed as the best MX bike ever is ludicrous.

I'm a huge RC fan and never really liked James when he was racing because I was such RC fan. But James is way better in the booth than RC. I also liked RC and James giving Daniel a hard time about all his LCQ's. haha.

3/6/2023 7:07pm There is a vast difference between somebody that not everyone agrees on and somebody that is just not good at the job. There are plenty of announcers in other sports that I don't always like or agree with, but they are all professional and capable of doing the job. You cannot say that for Supercross.

Would not want to be the guy that busted his ass all year, won a championship, then had a couple of off races in the three round "world championship" and missed out on a million dollars. The rc comparison is not great aside from the format. I used to watch alot of ama roadracing in the late 90s and early 2000s in the Duhamel, Hayden, Spies, Mladin days when the Daytona 200 was on par as an event with the Daytona SX. Then DMG bought AMA Pro Racing and thought they knew how to make the sport better and the whole thing completely collapsed. It's been a decade and a half and American roadracing hasn't recovered and aside from a couple guys that have made it to WSB and Moto2 US riders are completely insignificant on...

A championship that really isn't a championship, it's three rounds at the end of the real championships. Will the riders treat it like Motocross of Nations or other one off events?

3/6/2023 6:09pm I get it, I'm just saying it sounds like the format for those events works. You cant really determine if that format has anything to do with the popularity though because RC Racing will likely never be as big as Supercross, just as Supercross will never be as big as F1.
