3/10/2023 3:04pm That message is undated and unsigned even though it has a time stamp. Emails are all supposed to be dated, by law, top right. The language used is interesting and not really confidence inspiring. Who signs off an important business letter with an exclamation mark?

3/8/2023 10:37am It's fine if we have a disagreement, but how am I reaching? You really think crap like Rutledge Wood and Get Your Ride On is good for the broadcast and bringing in new fans? That shit is a joke and insulting. And you mentioned watch parties. Who is organizing those watch parties? The hardcore fan. Nobody can argue that the...

3/7/2023 7:04pm I'm not saying they are not out there. And maybe we do get more actual fans of the sport from attending a show. That would be great. I think the real point and conclusion I am coming to, is that the real fans are the only ones watching on TV, not the only ones attending races. If they gave a...

3/7/2023 6:48pm Thank you but that news is bittersweet. Not as much time as I would have liked to accomplish my bucket list. Is it an electric bike explosion that does me in?

3/7/2023 6:40pm The whole point of this is that we want the production and broadcast to treat it as a "formal" sport. To me, moto is one of, if not the most underrated sport ever. The level of talent, training, and dedication it takes to succeed may not be riveled by any other sport. If any sport deserves professionalism in the way...

3/7/2023 6:34pm I can't imagine there are any non-moto people out there flipping through channels, landing on supercross, giving it more than a 10 second look, and then becoming a super fan. You think anybody has ever watched that millennial lumberjack trying to show them what goggles are, thought it was so cool and went out and bought a bike? Or somebody...

3/7/2023 6:03pm Have you listened to him? When he does he offers little to nothing as far as an analyst goes. It's same few points every week.

3/7/2023 6:02pm I don't even like the term casual fan. The dude that goes to supercross but is not a follower of the sport arguably isn't even a fan. It's the same guy looking to take his family to a show, just like Monster Truck, a circus, or a rodeo. I've been to all three, but I'm a fan of none. I...

3/7/2023 5:26pm I've waited for supercross to turn into something respectable for decades now. It will never happen. If anything, it's gone backwards with things like peacock pay-per-view garbage I remember working on my 1986 CR500 in the garage while listening to live web broadcasts of the races. FOR FREE The commentators are obviously talking to newbies who don't understand anything about our sport but the problem is the only people that are watching are the opposite of newbies. It's obviously run by The Circus ...My kid wanted to be a supercross racer back in the '80s. I explained to him what...

3/7/2023 5:20pm Daytona is more for the spectacle and the fact that they allow fans on the track after the race. No other track can you actually get out there and put your feet in the ruts. My opinion on suites is it is just for the experience in any sporting event. They will never be the best seats. If you can get "Industry Seating" passes Daytona is the best track for that. Usually, Industry seating is behind the start line and has horrible sight lines. At Daytona you are on pit lane with as good of a view as you can...

3/7/2023 5:19pm To your point. He's been riding well. Will? I spoke with the team earlier, and.. Here we are racing at ____ , we caught up with Justin Coopah earlier to ask him about what he likes about coming back to ____. This track is cool, the fans are cool, and I just get good vibes here. Wow, incredible.

semifreeguy Added a reply to How do the playoffs work?
3/7/2023 3:01pm I mostly agree but it seems like the "better chance" at winning if they participate in both SX and MX is very minimal, almost to where it won't have a real impact for the top riders. It seems like a number one rider could only race Supercross and still have a very good chance of winning SMX. But who knows...

3/7/2023 2:57pm I get what you're saying but without the playoff there wouldn't be extra money to funnel into MX and SX. NBC was sold on the idea of the playoff and sweetened the TV package accordingly.
