I just had this conversation with the track owner at our local track here in vegas, I said the majority of your customers are over 40 and you should really make these jumps more out than up and have more forgiving landing areas. He just grumbled something about everyone complains and says that his jumps are too easy and the fast guys want booters… i just said I was trying to provide constructive feedback, that being said I haven’t been back out there in 4 weeks because it’s just a little too much me anymore, I don’t need to go...

This isn’t a stab at you Dark, but more the industry as a whole.. it’s shitty for us fans that we have people in the media that know, but won’t tell us the real stories, what happened to rumours? leaking info and proper JOURNALISM in the sport? I understand the media wants to be in with the riders and not rock the boat, but other sports are savage with leaking information, I wish the riders were contracted to be more upfront with the media or not have the right to refuse interviews because they don’t like the media person..

Not trying to throw shade at them but, I was down there for a week and needed a clutch or simply a plate. I asked 2 different people one i believe was the owner and was told they don't have it. Meanwhile the team was running the same bikes. I found that hard to believe they didn't have multiple clutch kits or simply a old used steel plate to sell me.

I remember 6D was working with the NFL to improve their helmets a few years back, among other helmet makers. Now I’m seeing some different designs on the current players helmets. I’m sure VT is or will be involved too. It’s good to see the efforts to improve helmets.

DJKO blasting ear drums. I’ve been to a ton of races, never have my ears been ringing after a supercross. Last time I went to a club I thought the same thing, I guess I’m too old. But I wasn’t a fan of a dj playing music over the start. If you weren’t paying attention you wouldn’t have even noticed a race was about to start.

Years ago I framed my bike and left all the tools out. Then I just bought all new stuff for home since I do 99% of my wrenching at the house and put the old used stuff in the box for the track. I only put the sizes of tools I actually need in the box and saved all the extras in case I break something at home. It was mostly all older craftsman stuff so decent quality but I had been wanting nicer wratchets and things anyways so it was a good excuse to buy some fresh stuff.

Stark MSRP Cost: $12,000 KTM 250 SXF: $9,000 If you did 100 hours on both bikes and nothing went wrong, the KTM would be $30per hour cheaper to ride. Factor in the costs you estimated above, after 100hours of riding then even out to the same cost. Both about $12k.

I value my morning dump more than the lives of thieves, rapists, pedos, and murderers. If we brought back public executions in town square, you’d have a very polite society. Instead we’ve turned soft and worry about the perpetrators feelings instead of getting retribution for the victims.

There are worse crimes....rape, pedos, etc. That's not to say thievery isn't bad...it's reached epidemic levels in this country. Partly due to near zero consequences for it anymore. As I always say in these threads....start cutting off hands and it'll come to a very quick end.

Theft in my opinion is the worst crime. A person works to pay for his stuff only to have scumbags steal it. I hope some sorts this thief out properly

Supposedly Fly have this info but won't release it. They go on to say, "one of the big brands is particularly bad" ,or "not a brand you would expect to be this bad", which is kind of annoying as that sheds a bad light on every other helmet brand other than Fly. It's a sly tactic, as if they were to name the company, then it only eliminates that one brand from the buying decision, where as now, the buyer is left wondering which brand it could be and feels more compelled to go with the Fly in case this...

I think you have ended up with a custom set from a sponsored rider. Sponsored Pros don't run super tech booties. They are custom made for the riders.
