Not being a prick, he’s just grateful to have a bike to use here and hasn’t asked for a thing. I’m the one trying to help get it for him to maximize his potential while he is here.

Definitely understand the nostalgic allure of 2 strokes. I grew up on CR500s. I'm faster on the thumper, but nothing beats the thrill of the 2 stroke, even if it's only for 4 laps😅

And it's not just the memories. Big bikes since 2010; I'm assuming you were still gaining talent at that time? For me, it's about the riding style being so different. If you grew up racing 2-strokes, you understand better how to maintain momentum and you rely more on throwing the bike around and finding lines. 4-strokes are more about putting power down in a straight line and then waiting around in the corners until you can line it up for the next straight. This is not an insult to 4-stroke riders, but you guys haven't had to learn the same...

Agreed on the flack for race craft comment. I think the real test will come when/if he gets in front of Hunter and has Hunter pushing for the pass. HD's questionable racing only occurred when he was in front of Hunter. But he isn't a dirty rider IMO yet. He made some sketchy moves once, and you don't earn a bad reputation for a one off move. I hope he finds a way to race Hunter clean aggressively. And as far as the championship, I somewhat anticipate Hunter to lose the red plate to Deegan in the short term then...

You have no fvcking clue.. My 16YO kid over the last 2 years or so on a 2 stroke. He's moving to a 250 2T soon and he will kick your fvcking @ss. Power to weight ratio is off the charts.

Correlation is not causation. I posted up in a previous thread some pictures of random first turns from the first four races this year. There is nothing to suggest that riders are being bunched up into the first turn.

Oh… and Hunter wasn’t injured, just your feelings evidently!
