How did RC bring training? IMO, RC might have been training more than most for that era....but he didn't start some training fad. Wardy, Omara, RJ, Stanton, Hannah, Ummm, these guys weren't out of shape. In fact maybe in better shape since the bikes weren't as good.

If A kits are so awesome, how come guys like Keefer or Eddie Ray just put a good set of set up spring forks on their bike and call it a day? Maybe it's more a placebo effect than actually being that much better. What do you do with A kits, when some hot shot on an 85 blows past...
