Does KTM own part of MXA?
So much of the content on MXA's site is all about showcasing KTM's bikes and all kinds of non-MX KTM stuff.

It's all about the orange bikes and even engines they developed for other sports...

It can also be said that KTM makes what seems like 15 different "full size" models compared to 2-5 for the Japanese manufactures. Yamaha has certainly made an effort but the others are just spinning their wheels.
Im a Honda guy through and through but you can't deny that KTM is on fire right now and rightfully so.

Personally most of the KTM revival is due to the 2 stroke fraternity getting their rocks off, now that Yamahas still make and are making more two strokes then that's why they are deemed as making an effort.
To say the other manufactures aren't making any effort is really a load of bullshit, they clearly do not see the market for 15 different models and yet they still make their money even though their bikes are cheaper than KTM's. But I guess KTM riders need to pay more because KTM deserve it right?
Saying that, the KTM's work pretty darn well when they're working. And you've fitted cone valves
I can't wait till Beta owns it. LOLZ
KTM redesigns and develops new models virtually TWICE as fast as Japan...considerably faster if you want to talk Taliban...uh, I mean Two Strokes.
Did I mention those "Mid-Year" Factory Editions? Those are kinda nice, too. So that's DOUBLE the "Bike Test" opportunities for KTM ...since no-one-else has seen fit to compete with them on this front.
And...KTM gives MXA plenty of test bikes and seems to let them keep more than a few of them for long "term use"; therfore, the staff at MX really "get's to know" the Orange bikes.
So...you know who's fault it is that you see soooo much Orange at MXA?
It's EVERY-OTHER BRAND'S fault.
Honda, Suzuki and Kawasaki: 2 models each (LAME).
Yamaha: 4 models (Nice! You do notice that Yamaha get's LOTS of love...I think SSS is used in damn near every KTM test to remind KTM that they're still "not there, yet"...
Husky: 5 models
KTM: -8- Models (The FE's get their own tests, don't they?)
This has gone on for years. Ask anybody.
Currently, with the guy who owns KTM buying Husky, he thought, hey, "I should buy some magazines as well," and bought some shares of MXA, TWMX, not enough of Vital and Dirt Rider apparently, and there you go.
It's pretty much standard practice.
PS: If ET3 does well this season, expect Kawi to start buying out what Honda and Suzuki have left over.

I guess your hatred of the Jap manufacturers doesn't count eh?
That said, can't wait to see their new 450 next year.
Look I don't disagree with your comments at all (except Kawasaki makes a KX85 and Honda a CRF150) but it doesn't mean that MXA should treat the other manufacturers any differently, aren't they meant to have an unbiased view?
Please
Psssst...looks like "TeamGreen" might actually be goin' Green, again...

Shhhhhh...
Other magazines have a connection with other bikes and race series. It does not see you can point blame on them without pointing at the industry as a whole.
