I’ve never really followed it. But I can certainly appreciate it from a competitive standpoint. Do you have anything else condescending that you want to add? Or was that about as deep as you can reach into that arsenal of quick burns?

I’m all for the chainsaws at the MXdN. At an AMA Pro National, not so much. I don’t know what’s more annoying, the air horns and chainsaws during a podium interview or the constant screaming of “Red Bud” by the alcoholics at every RedBud race.

If I'm not in the tent then why tf would I pay $500 for the privilege of sitting in it? I legit end up walking 20+ miles everytime I'm at a national because I'm constantly moving to see new parts of the track.

I get the appeal of a VIP section, you get space, shade, drinks, a seat, and the promoter gets more dollars. That said, I cannot imagine going to a national and sitting my ass under a tent all day. If I'm at a national I'm going to watch part of the race from every vantage point I can find. I want to see how these guys are tackling every section of the track. I'm there to see the riders, their technique, and their manipulation of the bike in small ways you will never see on tv. You can't do that...

For several years now the grown up fans could see HD was making an ass of himself off of the track. Being so good on the track can only make up for so much. We’ve been fans long enough to understand why 250s can post faster lap times than 450s at times. But it’s baffling why someone inside the HD camp couldn’t see that too. Honestly, if the guy just has a bit of humbleness, plus his riding ability he really would be the next American hero. He may be getting plenty of clicks and follows as it is, but...

Of course not, comments drive up engagement and overall impressions on his posts. Whether they are good or bad it gets more people seeing his media and overall seeing his sponsors. Don’t forget J Coop…who beat him. Instead of naming the top riders who beat him it is easier to name the top riders he beat. Chase….who crashed in both motos…and was on a Kawi…and was catching Deegs after crashing. Again I ask…name the top riders who he beat that impressed you.
