part-timer Added a reply to Blowing chunks at the end of a race
4/14/2010 7:38am At a NETRA enduro back around 1986 my buddy puked his breakfast inside his Bell full face helmet at the finish. When he removed the helmet there was a chunk of home fried potato stuck to his cheek! I know its kinda gross, but we still laugh about it!

4/7/2010 2:07pm Pine Top was one of the 1st Nationals I ever went to. Im pretty sure it was in the town of Escoheag,RI. I think it was held for 2 or 3 years only. My dad took me and my buddy one year . If I recall correctly it was a bit sandy but not nearly as sandy as Southwick. I...
part-timer Added a reply to Marty Smith On Rachel Ray Today
4/7/2010 12:33pm I was always a fan of Marty Smith when I was a kid. I met him in person at the Pine Top, Rhode Island National back in '78 or '79. I begged my mother to get me one of those cool Team Honda jerseys to wear! As far a Rachel Ray goes.........she's grown, but is still kinda hot in a...

part-timer Added a reply to What is your favorite bike of all time?
11/6/2009 6:07am Its a tie between my 84 KX125 or my 86 CR250. The KX was the 1st bike I had that made me feel truly competitive in MX. The CR was set-up for the woods (suspension re-valve,heavy flywheel, and a bunch of cool Devol guards) and just rocked. It was a great choice for NETRA hare scrambles.

7/20/2009 9:35am When I was a kid I was infatuated with LOP stuff (as well as DG). I had LOP stickers on the visor of my Bell Moto-3 , my locker at school, my truck, dirt bikes, tool box, etc. Great memories!

6/10/2009 2:31pm Right or wrong, he spoke his mind. That type of candor is a refreshing change from the politically correct dribble that comes from a lot of peoples mouths.
part-timer Added a reply to Chatted with Ferry for the entire 2nd moto.
5/25/2009 10:06am Thanks for posting that. I have been a Tim Ferry fan for a long time but never had the pleasure of meeting him.
part-timer Added a reply to If you could ride for any team this year what team would it be?
5/19/2009 6:21pm Pro Circuit. Im always in awe of their bikes as well as their entire set-up more than any other team. Factory Honda or Suzuki are tied for my second choice.

4/16/2016 11:57pm Here in the Northeast some of us like to use Trelleborg studded tires in the winter. They work great in the snow and ice. Back when I was younger and more reckless me and a few friends used to love riding from bar to bar on the streets during nighttime snowstorms. One night I was on the way home on...
