All I can say is this...never, ever, confuse what the US govt does with the "will" of the American people. It's the same in Gaza, Iran, North Korea, England...you name it. You don't know any more about what actually happened than anyone else. Your personal experience has zero to do with this situation.

Most of my cop buddies are not great at shooting. The average hobby shooting enthusiast is a much better shot. Most agencies do not have a lot of firearm training for the average uniformed officer after their initial training. Most of the folks I know get range time 2 or 3 times a year when they need to replace ammo.

By the way, most career leo/mil guys will be the FIRST to point out failures on the side of the cops. Why? Because it disgusts us more than it does the general public, honestly.
