Unfortunately I think that time has passed. I wish they'd step back and take start maps, and grates out of the equation. Don't get me started on traction control....hate the thought of it. Would I like to go back in time on electronic help...YES! Will it happen...NO. Only going to get worse.

3/16/2020 5:51pm I’m in the same boat, but for a 19ktm 350. My last slip on was Yosh for a 15ktm and I was also very happy with it. I can’t speak for the performance quality on your bike, but the quality and styling was great.

My dad ran 60+ On a 95 cr250 (I surprised him with It about 4 years ago.) And was giddy talking about him on the same track with Stanton......Awesome event. Glad he got to do it and feel 20 again.

We spend a lot of time nitpicking our sport on this forum, so I'd like to balance it out a little with something I'll remember for the rest of my life. I just had the incredible experience of racing the Daytona Vintage SX yesterday, and ended up sharing motos with both Jeff Stanton and Doug Henry (on an adapted bike). Henry was right ahead of me off the start of my second moto in our "Warrior" class for military and first responders, and it was entirely surreal seeing that name and number 19 as I tried to chase him around...

For those with experience selling bikes or cars Is there any benefit to purchasing with cash regarding bargaining price? Why not save money by investing, then when that acct has the money to pay the bike outright... buy the bike. It’s concerning how some advice here and in life in general puts the cart before the horse. If you guys are so tight on cashyou can’t afford to pay for a bike.. how do you afford parts?? Nvm the bling bling everyone has to have.

3/8/2020 8:59pm I’m not opposed to that idea. Except borrowing in this case is for a dirt bike. Don’t forget if things don’t exactly work out on your 20% you still need to service that loan.

Because the people saying to save and pay cash are giving solid life advice that will actually help the person in life. Those of you touting the power of financing a toy are giving piss poor life advice, period. Didn't I just see you post in another thread how you have 2 bikes but aren't in a position financially to ride currently?

I sent my shock to them to be revalved and just want to give a shout out to great customer service and communication! Brian explained everything he was doing and what I should expect. I have a Husky FC450 and got the link he sells made by Luxon. He first emailed an estimate, then he let me know when the shock arrived, he sent me a final bill that was slightly less than the estimate along with a tracking number. I'm looking forward to riding it!

Na, I think there will be more 30+ riders coming. There not making enough cash to retire early....if you are 28 and you could make $300000 per year riding dirt bike why quit to make $50000 a year in construction doing 60hr weeks.
