Yeah I'm not sure how that would even work on a dirt bike. When I roadraced it was much closer to that but you had so much more grip that it could work. Not so much on the dirt.

3/12/2025 9:51am I'm 6'2" and 185 lbs. I'm wearing a 34" pant and a LG jersey. Length on everything is good and there's enough stretch to accommodate +/- sizes IMO. My normal kit is the Alpinestars Supertech line and the ONE stuff goes right up against it. It's my new favorite gear. They knocked it out of the park.

2/26/2025 3:15pm The helmets start as ECE helmets though. The FIM is mainly a money grab at this point, especially since ECE tests for rotational impacts. I 100% agree on the SNELL callout. It's expensive and cumbersome for the manufacturers to dual homologate to meet ECE and SNELL standards. Roll with ECE and be done with it. Even better if we could...

2/12/2025 3:20pm I have a 4 year old that was on a PW. We bumped to an E-5 for Christmas and haven't looked back. I was always tinkering on the PW. With the E-5, just keep up with chain maintenance, air pressure, and make sure the thing is charged. He gets 1 1/2 hours on a charge right now on level 3...

12/16/2024 10:50am Can't help you on the header comparison, but I run the slip-on. Only really needed it for the spark arrestor, but so far so good. Definitely loud though. Agree with above. The bike doesn't need more power; it just needs to be tuned to your liking.

^ Thank you, Splat. Lumpy, you read my mind. I'll be looking for some insulating panels before the summertime. I have a portable air conditioner that I plan to install, as well. Just need the best way to vent the hot air. Still thinking about that one... I have an appointment to sign off on the final inspection tomorrow and we should have our keys then or by Thursday at the latest. Wish me luck, guys!
