Before anyone goes crazy about Fro and Ricky, have you all listened to Real Talk 447? They are bro’s. And both ex racers. The booth needs one play by play person (Weege, Diffey) and one colour commentator/expert (RC, GL, Fro). Having 2 ex racers won’t work as they will not be able to carry the broadcast flow unless one stands down from being “the expert”. We’ve had Ralph with Fro. We’ve had Ralph with Ricky. We’ve had Ralph with both. He’s good with some things like transitions from commercials or track reports but during the racing he just loses his...

I don’t think RC is amazing but I have changed my mind on him slightly. He was good when he was in the booth with Leigh Diffey for the first few rounds, I think he just needs someone better alongside him. I think his main issue is Ralph says stuff so stupid he has no idea what to respond with

In 2005 RC and Reed lapped Vuillimen who was in 4th and Reed was about a second behind larocco in 3rd on a perfectly dry track. I think we will be alright. It happens some nights when two guys get out front and push each other
