I think most of the guys should go back to the drawing board as far as the training side is concerned... Some were sad looking on saturday... Some guys don't fade so it's obviously possible. I've trained a guy who never faded for 24 motos a couple years ago. If I can come up with a program to deal with the challenges of 12 Nationals, anyone can. The fitness side of things is the easiest part of this sport, repetition, dedication, work when tired, very long training sessions @ low BPMs, active recovery and healthy diet. There's no magic pill...

7/11/2023 11:21am Langston ran m2r helmets and gear in ‘07 then switched to bell and MSR for the last National at Glen Helen when he clinched the title. Langston ran MSR and Bell for the couple races he did in ‘08 before his eye problem. m2r probably wasn’t paying him would be my guess.

The camera was on Jett and he dropped a few F bombs when he was talking to his mechanic. Not loud but you could hear it.

Look at the results from 2004. RC out front, Reed and Windham back a bit then over a minute to fourth place. Same for most races that year.
