There are worse crimes....rape, pedos, etc. That's not to say thievery isn't bad...it's reached epidemic levels in this country. Partly due to near zero consequences for it anymore. As I always say in these threads....start cutting off hands and it'll come to a very quick end.

Here's what I don't get: why teams with a lot on the line don't sort things out early on to resolve issues like this. This is an area where teams too often get lost unless they have someone smart on rules details. I also think it's dumb for a sanctioning body to hold this position as to a small number of guys when it has decided it doesn't need to protect up and coming riders from experienced racers who can't make a better living in the 450 class. I agree with him. With the current rules, he wouldn't have pointed out. He was forced to move up because of the old rules that have now been changed, making him eligible under current rules.
