9/12/2017 8:07pm do not let your knees go in front of your shins when standing. almost like you are doing a squat. it will keep your bike from becoming unbalanced.

8/21/2017 3:40pm it's about training with a plan, not having to question if what your doing is right, and investing in yourself. You hold yourself more accountable when you have a set schedule and money invested. not everything you read on the internet is correct believe it or not. Well worth the investment. some people spend 50 bucks a week at Starbucks.

He also currently works with jimmy albertson, chase marquier, and aj catanzaro. He tailors your workouts to your goals but more importantly the time you can dedicate to working out and the equipment you have access to. For 200 PER month...

I can tell you right now that your 2006 490 (or whatever bogus big bore off the shelf is in it) is a garbage Truck compared to your new bike. The problem is for your ability and probably poor body...

1/4/2017 8:06am I have a 2016 rmz for sale for 5k. It comes with a lower subframe and cut seat as well as some nice engine mods.

1/4/2017 7:56am The faster you are the better a stiff frame would work in theory. Most Factory teams stiffen up their frames for that reason and I believe, while still heavy , that is why the rmz 450 handles and performs well at the top level. Since 08 the rmz 450 has been the winningest bike in professional racing.
