jeffro.. nobody is doughting it can be re welded.. Service honda starts off with a new frame, cuts it at particular points, then re welds. They dont and pretty sure would never recommend reusing a frame that has chunks out of it from a crash that will no dought have stress in other places.. you may not see them, but...
