3/20/2012 2:02pm Thanks man.. you can polish the small stuff the hard way by using 300,400,500,600,1000 then 1500 g sandpaper then polish with mothers aluminum polish or you can buy a $20 polishing kit from eastwood.com.. attatch it to a cordless drill and do it that way.. soo much easier and comes ut way better..

3/20/2012 2:47am Thanks alot fellaz! makes all my hard work worth it for sure.. and believe me this is not a living room piece.. i wanted to take something old and clapped and make it new..i didnt want to buy a new 450.. for almost $4,000 cheaper ive got the bike ive always wanted, setup exactly for me.. sounds like a win...

3/19/2012 12:55pm I know.. thankk god for the hose clamp police, what we we ever do without them.. Thaniks alot bro, means alot.. And it is fast, very fast! There is nothing else that i can do to the motor except oversize it.. shes awesome! i will post a vid up next weekend

Camp, no worries on the squish buddy, the motor has been blue printed, lighter, balanced crank, ported, transfer ports smoothed out.. the thing is an absolute beast! def not just a pretty face.. After work today i will answer some of you guys questions about breakdown and things.. braaappp

Airstriker carb with jd jetting jet kit... proseal airbox seal... media blasted all cases, cylinder, head...
