Sorry for the long wait guys, but she is all done, finally!..
For those of you that havent seen what the bike use to look like here ya go.. and the process to becoming one of the sweetest cr250's ive ever seen.. This project cost me a total of $4,700.. so for those who are not in the market for a new $8,000 bike, this will show you that it is possible to own a bike thats, easy and cheap to maintain, looks exactly how you want it to look, set up just for you and your riding style, fast and makes the sweetest noise ever heard on a mx track.. The bolt pattern on the whole bike has been converted to allen head key with lightning holes that are up to 60% lighter than stock..

The rear shock has been swaped out with a heavier Red spring..

The Carb has been upgraded to a 38 pwk Airstykerfrom jd jetting along with V-Force 3 Reeds

The graphics get a bold new look that scream what a factory cr 250 of today would look like..

A host of anodized red parts from japanese company zeta, the same parts found on the hrc japan race team bikes are fitted for light weight and good looking parts..

Boyesen has provided a trick custom clutch cover with my number and honda engraved on..

For the rims i went with the lightweight yet strong Excel A-60's..

For the hubs the new TCR racing hubs have been put on which have up to 2 pounds weight reduction from any stock or aftermarket hubs.. and are also the same hubs used by Kevin Windam, justin barcia ect..

I agree with changing the pipe, however I would personally go with a FMF factory fatty/Titanium 2 set up.

Thanks fellaz.. yea the bolts are from crf stuff.. and the cost was roughly around $4,700 for everything including the $500 for the bike all clapped out.. still much cheaper than a new 450..

pimp ass machine. I guess my only change is the swingarm graphics, the HONDA and wing just doesnt belong there. Other than that, the bike is tits!!!

How did you clean up the wiring harness? we're going over a 2004 cr250 now and the harness is alittle crusty..we tried a tooth brush and formula 409 and it didnt help much

If you are looking for another easy couple ounces, get rid of the aluminum tusk gas cap and use the stock plastic one
