Following his social media, Tickle just got back on the bike this week after his injury from Millville.

Barcia didn't sound totally serious to me....more like he was just joking about it. Roczen's instagram is hard to decipher if it's friendly jabs or being a little serious.

Hoping maybe it's only the collarbone and not another shoulder injury. So bummed.

Or do like they do in Supercross, where there are 3 practice sessions, and the first session is "free practice" and only the 2nd and 3rd sessions are timed for qualifying.

I have a friend that broke his very badly a long time ago, resulting in partial fusion of the right wrist. He returned to riding with a thumb throttle, and raced A class for several years !!

Did he stick around for the post race press conference or did he skip it to catch his plane?

And Alex was trying to finish by nursing it along. It would have been impossible to push the bike 2 or so more laps around the entire track. If i remember correctly, Hughes lost his chain with only a corner or two before the finish. I'm sure Alex would have also pushed his bike across the finish in that scenario...

I had a Cylinder Works 270 kit on mine...really helped the pulling torque. I had heard that pipes weren't worth much gain on the 2013 RMZ250.

Didn't he say the scaphoid (navicular) was broken, and he even fell on that wrist in the first turn crash in the Vegas main? It seemed he really rode in a lot of pain. If the navicular is indeed broken, it seems racing on it could be a big mistake.

What a ride to clinch the title with a broken navicular. That is such a scary injury. I hope he takes the time to get it fully healed so it doesn't cut his career short.

Did they announce which bone he broke? That is an impressive ride under those conditions to accomplish what he did.

I've been a big fan of Nico's since I saw his Inside the Outdoors that aired 2013-ish. I've been worried about him the last couple years. Nothing is better than a great comeback (even a comeback off the bike). I'm hoping Nico can kick this for good and have a hugely successful and happy life. Go 341 !!!!!

I too, in 35 years of riding have never had a master link failure. I have run 2 master links before for this exact issue (cut chain too short). No problem. Keep proper chain adjustment and you will be fine.

Hi Ross thanks for doing this. This is one of the most interesting and informative threads I've read. I always read in magazine tests "the suspension works pretty good once it gets broken in" or "at the 5 hour mark the shock starts working good". I've felt this on new bikes I've owned, where after 3-7 hours the suspension loses...

How'd you get the engine to look so good??

I had been a big fan of the 10's, spent the extra money for the 12's, and the soles wore out way fast on them. Maybe i had a lemon pair, but my SG10's got 3 times the life. This was 2011-ish. A buddy of mine had the same experience at that time, and never went back to the 12's.
