Depends - if there are real damages then you can make a case, but a lot of her clients are actually looking to find out the identity of anonymous posters - then they decide what to do next! (and no I'm not a lawyer). In this instance we seem to know the identity of both parties already.

My GF is a attorney and one of her specialties is Internet defamation. Gotta watch what you say to some degree but there is also a thing called the First Amendment. Both come into play. Merry Christmas all.

Excellent news after all the bad news...hang in there little man.

We have two Moto-9's (below) and they both ran a bit small but you can get different thickness cheekpads and we just swapped ours out for some thinner ones and viola, perfect fit. We love them, no concussions here yet. LOL Highly recommended.
