False. I went radio silent the day before because he didn’t have his portion of the down payment which I knew I was now screwed out of my portion. He trying to pull a second mortgage on the property, business loans, home equities and borrow it from people all which were denied. This was after 7 months of being under contract and 10 months of knowing we were buying it. So yes I got toxic and chewed him out about it. Location is relative… in the Northeast good, clean old bikes are hard to come by, and if you do find them guys want 5k plus… this bike in this condition is priced very fair. Shit, that museum guy with the mutton chops pick that up, hit it with SC1 and list it for 8k😂
